Creates a Gender-based Violence Prevention Office at HUD led by a Violence Against Women Act Director. The Director must help put these housing rules into action; work with federal, state, and local agencies and housing providers to protect victims of domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking; give technical help; set up systems to find and fix compliance problems; and address housing barriers from sexual assault, sexual coercion, or harassment by housing agencies or owners. Money may be provided as needed for fiscal years 2023 through 2027.
