The Secretary of State, with the Attorney General and the Homeland Security Secretary, should seek reciprocal agreements with other countries to support this chapter and the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA, 42 U.S.C. 16901 et seq.). These agreements may set up ways to send and receive travel notices about sex offenders through the Angel Watch Center, INTERPOL, or other means; include mutual notifications; and allow correcting or removing inaccurate information.
