Gives extra money to the FBI and to the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division: $10,000,000 each for every fiscal year from 2009 through 2013. The funds remain available until they are fully spent. The FBI and Justice must use the money to hire and train officers to investigate intellectual property and other computer crimes, including online crimes, and to help prosecute them. The funds may also buy advanced forensic tools and pay for expert computer‑forensics help, including from non‑government experts, to investigate, prosecute, and study these crimes.
