The Attorney General must work with the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of the U.S. Secret Service, the Executive Associate Director of Homeland Security Investigations, and non‑government and survivor groups to create and share materials and to provide training and technical help. That help must assist state and local governments in investigating, prosecuting, preventing, and reducing harm from abuse (physical, sexual, and psychological, including human trafficking via online services), exploitation, and deprioritization of cybercrime, and in assessing and treating victims’ physical and mental trauma.
