Title 34 › Subtitle Subtitle V— Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Personnel › Chapter 501— EMERGENCY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE › § 50108
Anyone who gets federal law enforcement aid under this law must keep the records the Attorney General requires so audits can be done. The Attorney General and the Comptroller General may inspect any books, papers, or other records of those recipients to audit or examine them if they think the records relate to getting or using the aid.
