Besides the rules in chapter 16, an international design application must include a request for international registration, the treaty countries you designate, the applicant’s information as the treaty and Regulations require, one or more copies of the design in the required number and format, the product or products the design covers, the fees set by the treaty and Regulations, and any other details the Regulations require.
