May not issue stock or pay dividends. The corporation and its leaders must not take part in political activity or try to influence laws. While its charter under this chapter lasts, its money or property cannot go to directors, officers, or members except for board‑approved reasonable pay or expense reimbursement. The corporation may not make loans to directors, officers, or employees, and it cannot say Congress or the U.S. Government approves or controls its actions.
