The board of directors runs the corporation between meetings. It sets policies, manages programs, and controls all funds. The board must have at least 36 directors. The constitution and bylaws decide how directors and officers are chosen, how vacancies are filled, their terms, and their duties. Officers are president, one or more vice presidents, secretary, and treasurer.
