The corporation cannot issue stock, pay dividends, or give money to political parties or candidates. Its income and assets cannot go to officers or members while it exists or when it ends, except for pay or necessary expense reimbursements approved by the council of administration. The corporation cannot lend to officers or employees; anyone who approves or helps make such a loan is each responsible to the corporation to repay it.
