Do not issue stock, pay dividends, or give money or other help to political parties or candidates. Directors, officers, or members cannot get the corporation’s income or assets except when the corporation is being dissolved and finally wound up; an officer can be paid if the executive committee approves. The corporation cannot lend money to its directors, officers, or employees. Anyone who approves or makes such a loan is personally responsible for the loan amount until it is repaid.
