(a)May is Steelmark Month.
(b)Steelmark Month recognizes the tremendous contribution made by the steel industry in the United States to national security and defense.
(c)The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe Steelmark Month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
