Summary
The organization's founding papers decide who is on the board and what the board must do. Those same papers also set who the officers are and how they are chosen. Rules about who can serve as a director or officer must not exclude people because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin.

(a)The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(b)The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(c)The requirements for serving as a director or officer may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin.
