The corporation cannot issue stock or pay dividends, engage in political activity or try to influence laws, give its money or property to directors, officers, or members while the charter lasts (except reasonable pay approved by the board), make loans to directors, officers, or employees, or claim congressional or U.S. Government approval without an agreement.
