The corporation cannot issue stock or pay dividends. Its money and property cannot benefit or be given to members, officers, or directors while the charter is active, except the corporation may pay officers reasonable pay and repay real, necessary expenses if the board agrees. The corporation also cannot make loans to any officer, director, member, or employee. It may not say that Congress or the federal government approves or backs its activities just because it has the charter.
