The corporation must keep accurate financial books, written minutes of meetings that involve members, the board, or board committees, and at its main office a list of the names and addresses of all members who can vote. Any voting member, or that member’s agent or lawyer, may inspect these records for any legitimate reason at reasonable times. These rules do not override the laws of the state where the corporation is formed or the laws of any U.S. state or territory where the corporation works.
