The corporation cannot issue stock, pay dividends, or give money or help to political parties or candidates. Its money or property cannot be used to benefit any director, officer, or member while it exists or when it is dissolved, except for reasonable pay to an officer if the board approves. The corporation cannot lend money to its directors, officers, or employees; anyone who approves or helps make such a loan is responsible to repay it to the corporation until it is paid back.
