The corporation must not issue stock, pay dividends, or lend money to its directors, officers, or employees. The corporation and its directors or officers must not take part in political activity or try to influence laws. The corporation’s income or assets cannot be given to a director, officer, or member while the charter lasts, except to pay reasonable pay or reimburse actual necessary expenses that the board approves. The corporation must not say it has Congress’s or the U.S. Government’s approval or authority.
