Creates a corporation to honor people who made major contributions to mining in the United States, including miners, leaders, scientists, engineers, teachers, inventors, and others. It must keep their memory alive through monuments, buildings, and lasting memorials. The corporation will also teach about the origins and growth of mining and its economic, social, and scientific effects; run a library and museum to collect pictures, books, papers, artifacts, and data; work with other mining groups; and do any other actions needed to meet these goals.
