The Librarian may give the corporation people, office space, and other administrative help. That help can include paying costs under section 152403(f). The corporation must pay the Librarian back for this support. Money repaid must be put into the U.S. Treasury and credited to the current Library of Congress appropriation that covers those costs. The Librarian may accept the corporation’s directors, officers, and employees as unpaid volunteers to do work allowed under this chapter, without following chapters 33 and 51 and subchapter III of chapter 53 of title 5 and related regulations, and without pay from the Library.
