Summary

Makes the national convention the top governing body of the corporation. The convention must include officers and state-elected representatives under the corporation’s rules. Between conventions, the executive officers run the corporation’s policies and programs. The council of administration must have at least 7 elected members under the constitution and bylaws. Officers include a national president, senior vice national president, junior vice national president, secretary, treasurer, and any others the rules provide. One person may serve as both secretary and treasurer. How officers are chosen, their terms, and duties are set in the constitution and bylaws.
