The corporation must not issue stock, declare or pay dividends, or give money or help to political parties or candidates. Its income and assets cannot go to any director, officer, or member while it exists or when it closes, except the board can approve pay for an officer. The corporation may not loan money to a director, officer, or employee, and anyone who approves or makes such a loan is personally responsible for the full amount until it is repaid.
