The corporation may not issue stock or pay dividends, take part in political activity or try to influence laws, make loans to directors, officers, or employees, or claim U.S. Government approval. While the charter lasts, its income and assets cannot benefit directors, officers, or members, but reasonable pay and board‑approved expense reimbursements are allowed.
