Summary

Set up a national organization that protects the country's founding principles and helps people with spinal cord injuries. It must form an association for those injured, tell the public about the needs of paraplegics, and promote medical research in related areas like neurosurgery, orthopedics, genitourinary care, and medical devices. It must also support full reconditioning for paraplegics, including strong physical retraining, physiotherapy, safe walking instruction, vocational and educational guidance and training (in hospitals and schools), emotional counseling and family readjustment, and both practical and recreational occupational therapy.
