The corporation can run itself and do what it needs to carry out its purposes. It may write and change its constitution and bylaws; create a seal, emblems, and badges; open and run offices; publish a magazine and other materials; charge dues and subscriptions and accept donations or property (including gifts left in wills); promote auxiliary groups under its rules; start or defend lawsuits; and take any other actions needed to achieve its goals.
