Summary

The corporation's articles of incorporation decide who serves on the board and what the board must do. Those same articles decide who the officers are and how they are chosen. Rules about who can hold an office must not treat people differently because of their race, color, religion, or national origin.

(a)The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(b)The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(c)The requirements for holding office in the corporation may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
