The corporation cannot run a business to make a profit. It cannot sell stock, give money or help to a political party or a person running for office, or let its money or property go to officers or members except when the corporation is dissolved or finally liquidated. It also cannot lend money to an officer or a member of the national executive committee. Any committee member who votes for or agrees to such a loan, and any officer who helps make it, must together repay the loan to the corporation until it is paid back.
