Summary
Maintain accurate financial records and written minutes of national meetings and the governing council. Members, or their agent or lawyer, may inspect those records at reasonable times for proper purposes.

Patriotic and National Observances, Source: USLM XML via OLRC
(a)Records.—
The corporation shall keep—
(1)correct and complete records of account; and
(2)minutes of the proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration.
(b)Inspection.—
A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
