Summary
Must keep accurate financial records and written minutes of what happened at its national encampments and at meetings of its council of administration. A member, or the member’s agent or lawyer, may look at those records for any proper reason during a reasonable time.

Title 36, §200309

(a)The corporation shall keep—
(1)correct and complete records of account; and
(2)minutes of the proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration.
(b)A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
