Hold money in one or more funds and use only the principal or interest for charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes, either directly or by giving to similar groups. Honor people who helped U.S. agriculture — like farmers, teachers, scientists, inventors, and public leaders — and keep their memory alive by creating and caring for monuments, buildings, or other lasting memorials. Promote respect for agriculture’s role in American life, keep a library and museum of agricultural items, work with similar organizations, and carry out other activities that fit these goals.
