The corporation cannot issue stock or pay dividends, take part in political activity or try to influence laws, make loans to insiders, or claim U.S. Government approval. Its money or property cannot go to benefit directors, officers, or members while the charter exists, except the board may approve reasonable pay and reimbursements for actual necessary expenses.
