Makes the executive council the corporation’s governing board, but the council must follow directions given by the corporation at its annual meeting or at other meetings held under the corporation’s rules. The council includes a president, an honorary president, vice presidents and honorary vice presidents as the constitution allows, a secretary, a treasurer, and at least 24 more people. Officers and one-third of the other members are elected each year. The constitution may let the council choose the secretary and treasurer for set terms and fill empty seats until the next annual meeting.
