It cannot sell stock, pay dividends, take part in politics or try to influence laws, lend money to insiders, or say it has Congress’s or the U.S. government’s approval. Income or assets can't benefit insiders while the charter lasts, except for reasonable pay and reimbursements for actual necessary expenses approved by the board.
