Creates an organization to serve World War I veterans and their families. It has eight main goals: provide a friendly social and support group so veterans can keep in touch and honor those who died; work with other veterans’ groups to help veterans, surviving spouses, and children; urge communities and local governments to pay more attention to veterans and their families; collect and keep World War I history and items; defend the U.S. Constitution and American values; protect national security from threats at home and abroad; oppose hostile foreign movements such as communism; and do other acts needed to carry out these goals.
