The corporation and its officers may not issue stock, pay dividends, or support political parties or candidates. The corporation’s money and property cannot go to officers or members while it exists or when it ends, except officers can get pay and reimbursement for actual necessary expenses if the board of administration approves. The corporation may not lend money to an officer or employee. Board members who approve such a loan and officers who help make it are each responsible to the corporation for the loan amount until it is paid back.
