Do not issue stock or pay dividends. The corporation and its officers or directors must not give money or help to political parties or candidates. Corporate money or assets must not go to directors, officers, or members while it exists or when it is closed, except the board may approve paying an officer. The corporation may not lend to directors, officers, or employees. Any director who votes for such a loan, and any officer who helps make it, is each responsible for repaying the full amount until it is repaid.
