Creates a national corporation with 13 purposes. It must protect the U.S. Constitution and state laws. It must honor and remember U.S. wars and the veterans who served so all Americans understand their sacrifices. It must promote interest in and help for veterans, their widows, and orphans, and work closely with other veterans’ groups. It must collect and preserve military history and encourage its study. It must teach patriotism, respect for the flag and anthem, and support freedom, peace, prosperity, stable institutions, and national defense. It must support Catholic veterans’ association, encourage morality and family values, and increase love and service to God and fellow people without regard to race, creed, color, or national origin. It must operate as a veterans’ and patriotic organization under state law where incorporated.
