The corporation must keep three kinds of records: correct financial records, minutes of meetings of members, the board, and any committees that act like the board, and at its main office a list of the names and addresses of members allowed to vote. Any voting member—or their agent or lawyer—can look at these records for a proper reason during a reasonable time.
