The corporation cannot issue stock or pay dividends, take part in politics or try to influence laws, use its money or property to benefit insiders while chartered, make loans to directors, officers, or employees, or claim U.S. government approval. Officers may get reasonable pay and repayment of necessary expenses with board approval.
