Allows the Secretary of the Interior to let the Inaugural Committee use reservations and grounds in D.C. during and for a reasonable time around the inauguration. The Mayor can give similar permits for city public space. Permits can include conditions. Viewing stands or sales booths need approval by the Committee and the Secretary or Mayor, must be removed and the area restored, and the Committee must cover any damage or legal claims from its use or its licensees.
