The Commission must send annual reports to the President and the Congress that show the money it received and spent. Each annual report must list every gift, bequest, or devise worth more than $250 and name who gave it. The Commission may also send interim reports when it thinks they are needed. By November 30, 2011, the Commission must send a final report that summarizes its activities, gives a final accounting of funds, and presents its findings, conclusions, and final recommendations.
