Summary

Who can be an FFA member and what rights they have are set by the FFA’s constitution and bylaws, unless another rule in this chapter says otherwise. When a local chapter holds official business, each member gets one vote. When the State association holds official business, each qualified delegate sent by a local chapter gets one vote.

(a)Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the FFA and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution or bylaws of the FFA.
(b)In matters of official business of a local chapter, each member has one vote. In matters of official business of a State association, each qualified delegate of a local chapter has one vote.
