Let the FFA run its own organization and handle its property and activities. It can set up and change its rules, create and maintain local chapters and State associations, and make or change a seal, emblems, and badges. The FFA can pick officers and staff, sign contracts, buy, lease, sell, or otherwise manage property, borrow money and secure loans, give prizes, awards, loans, and grants to members and chapters, produce publications and websites, provide official supplies, bring or defend lawsuits, and do any other reasonable act needed to carry out its purposes.
