Summary
Only the FFA and its officially authorized local chapters and chapter groups can use the names "Future Farmers of America" and "National FFA Organization" and the initials "FFA." They also alone may use any seals, emblems, or badges the FFA creates to represent the agricultural education membership organization.

The FFA and its authorized chapters and associations of chapters have the exclusive right to use the names “Future Farmers of America” and “National FFA Organization,” and the initials FFA as representing an agricultural education membership organization and seals, emblems, and badges the FFA adopts.
