§1137 Wartime Presumptions for Certain Veterans

Summary
Make sections 1111, 1112, and 1113 apply to veterans who had active service after December 31, 1946, for this subchapter and subchapter V, even if sections 1132 or 1133 say otherwise.

Title 38, §1137
Veterans' Benefits — Source: USLM XML via OLRC
For the purposes of this subchapter and subchapter V of this chapter and notwithstanding the provisions of section 1132 and 1133 of this subchapter, the provisions of section 1111, 1112, and 1113 of this chapter shall be applicable in the case of any veteran who served in the active military, naval, air, or space service after December 31, 1946.
