Allows someone who will get U.S. Government life insurance to transfer their right to certain family members: spouse, child, grandchild, parent, siblings, aunts or uncles, nieces or nephews, or a brother- or sister-in-law. Words and meanings used here follow section 3 of the World War Veterans’ Act, 1924, as it existed on December 31, 1958.
