When the State approving agency finds a school has met all the chapter's rules, it must send the school a letter saying which courses are approved. The agency must also give an official copy of that letter and any later changes to the Secretary, and include the school's catalog or bulletin that the agency approved. The letter must contain seven items: the letter date and when approval starts; the school's correct name and address; the reason and conditions for approval with a reference to the approved catalog; the names of approved courses; any enrollment limits (for example maximum students or student-teacher ratio); the signature of the agency official; and any other fair, reasonable provisions the agency needs.
