§3678 Notice of Approval of Courses

Summary

When a school meets the rules, the State approving agency must send the school a letter listing the courses it approves and include the agency-approved catalog or bulletin. The agency must also send an official copy of that letter and any later changes to the Secretary. The approval letter must give the approval and effective dates; the school's name and address; the authority and conditions (referring to the approved catalog); each approved course; any enrollment limits like maximum students or student-teacher ratios; the approving official's signature; and any other fair, reasonable provisions the agency finds necessary.
