Allows Veterans Health Administration employees to get help paying education debt if they work in a direct-patient-care job (or a job that supports patient care) that the Secretary says is hard to staff, and they still owe principal or interest on a loan used to pay for the education or training that got them that job. Covered costs include tuition, other school expenses like fees, books, and lab costs, and reasonable living expenses.
