§7734 Annual Report to Congress

Summary

The Secretary must include in the annual report to Congress a summary of the quality assurance work done under this part. The summary must review how well the Veterans Benefits Administration is doing. It must say how many decisions were reviewed, summarize the findings, list full‑time staff doing quality checks by office, show proof it met required independence and internal‑control standards, describe actions taken and results, report on decision accuracy and trends, and add any other information the Secretary thinks appropriate.
