The Secretary may sell or transfer any property (not money) that is given to the United States under this chapter. The Secretary sets the price and terms and may settle title disputes or divide real estate. A deed signed for the United States gives the buyer whatever title the United States or the General Post Fund has, subject to any conditions the Secretary sets.
