§1325 Annual Report

Summary
By December 31 each year, the Chairperson must send a report to the relevant congressional committees and congressional leaders. The report must describe what the Council did during the previous 12 months.

Not later than December 31 of each year, the Chairperson of the Council shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees and leadership a report on the activities of the Council during the preceding 12-month period.

Effective Date
