§10265 Compensation of Members

Summary
Board members must be paid the daily rate set for Level III of the Executive Schedule for every day they work for the Board, including travel days. They may also be paid travel expenses and a per diem the same way sections 5702 and 5703 of title 5 allow.

The Public Health and Welfare — Source: USLM XML via OLRC
(a)Each member of the Board shall be paid at the rate of pay payable for level III of the Executive Schedule for each day (including travel time) such member is engaged in the work of the Board.
(b)Each member of the Board may receive travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, in the same manner as is permitted under section 5702 and 5703 of title 5.
